This is an apartment hotel, which is built right behind the EDU Library, and barely a 10-minute walk to the main KMC campus. The nearest bus stop as well as the rickshaw stand are 10 minutes away on foot. These apartments, which are popular for offering a stunning scenic view, are also equipped with kitchenettes, high speed internet and other modern amenities. The only drawback would be its distance from the MIT campus, which is at least a 15 minute walk. Other than that, Satkar Paradise is the right place to spend your weekend at.

Certain stationary and general stores are located at its entrance, which sometimes serves as benefit to the presiding guests. It is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle from the town, and to soak in as much nature as possible. This resort has options of cottages, and certain upgraded rooms offer a direct sea view. The resort also constitutes a restaurant, which serves the best sea food in and around Udupi and Manipal. Attached with free Wi-Fi and parking facilities, there are certain avenues that have guides for water sports. The only disadvantage to this resort is its distance from the campuses, which requires a 45 minute drive back to Manipal.
